Acupressure Points by Body Region
Explore acupressure points organized by body region. Each guide covers the key points in that area — their exact locations, clinical benefits, proper stimulation techniques, and related conditions they can help manage. Click a region below to discover its pressure points.
How Points Are Organized by Region
The body's acupressure points are grouped into twelve regions that follow natural anatomy: head, face, ears, neck, shoulders, hands, arms and wrists, chest, abdomen, back, legs, and feet. Each region guide lists the key points in that area, their exact locations, traditional uses, and how to stimulate them. Browsing by region is the fastest way to find points when you know where you feel the problem but not the point name.
Two regions are especially good for beginners. The hand guide covers LI4 (Hegu), HT7 (Shenmen), and other points that are quick, visible, and easy to reach for headaches, nausea, and stress. The foot guide includes KI1 (Yongquan), LV3 (Taichong), and points behind the ankle that many people find grounding and simple to press barefoot.
Regions, Meridians, and Conditions
Regions and condition guides work together. In TCM, points along a meridian connect distant parts of the body — a headache routine commonly combines head points such as GB20 (Fengchi) with the hand point LI4 (Hegu), while sleep and anxiety guides pair wrist and face points such as HT7 and Yintang. Back pain routines draw on points along the Bladder meridian, which runs down the back and legs, including BL40 (Weizhong) and BL60 (Kunlun). If a condition guide mentions a point that is hard to reach, the region pages will show nearby alternatives.
